Printing the Profiles

To optimally print the HTML profiles, follow these instructions:

Microsoft Internet Explorer:

1. From the View menu, select Text Size and then select Smaller
2. From the File menu, select Page Setup and set the page orientation to Landscape. NOTE: If you have SAS for Windows installed on your system, select Portrait for the page orientation.
3. Change the Left, Right, Top, and Bottom margins to .25
4. Print file

Netscape Navigator ver 4.x:

1. From the File menu, select Page Setup and set the page orientation to Landscape. NOTE: If you have SAS for Windows installed on your system, select Portrait for the page orientation.
2. Change the Top and Bottom margins to .25 and the Left and Right margins to 0
3. Print file

Netscape Navigator ver 7.x:

1. From the File menu, select Page Setup and set the page orientation to Landscape. NOTE: If you have SAS for Windows installed on your system, select Portrait for the page orientation.
2. Select the Shrink to Fit Page Width box
3. Click OK
4. Print file

To optimally print the text profiles, follow these instructions (instructions tested with Microsoft Word, but minor changes should allow optimal printing on other word processing systems):

1. Open file in word processing application
2. From the File menu, select Page Setup and set the page orientation to Landscape
3. Change the Margins to the following: Top .5, Bottom .25, Left 1, Right .25
4. Click OK
5. Press Ctrl-A to select entire document
6. Change font to Courier New at 8 pt
7. Print file
